To use the e-Obvrski web application, you must:
register on the web portal (e-Obvrski)
fill out the form “Request for registration on the e-Obvrski web portal/Request for access to the e-Obvrski module/Request for access to the e-Obvrski module for a special type of account (785,786,789)/Request for access to the e-Obvrski module for payment accounts” with the data from the registration on the e-Obvrski web portal and submit it to the Ministry of Finance.
