The Sector for Central Harmonization of the Public Sector Internal Financial Control System coordinates and improves the system of public internal financial control through its three components: financial management and control, internal audit and their harmonization.
The mission of this sector is to build a system, aligned with the requirements of the acquis, which guarantees the prudent use of public funds by applying the principles of decentralized management accountability and establishing a functionally independent internal audit.
