The primary task of the Financial Affairs Department is to perform tasks related to accounting and financial operations, budget coordination and control.
The Department includes accounting records, financial material operations, preparation and calculation of salaries, treasury operations, receipt, recording and issuance of consumable office supplies, consumables for technical equipment, hygiene products and other work resources; preparation of the Ministry’s budget proposal, preparation of financial plans, proposals for repurposing and rebalancing the Ministry’s budget, implementation of ex-ante and ex-post financial control.
