2nd July 2024, Skopje – Today, Minister of Finance, Gordana Dimitrieska-Kochoska had a work meeting with both newly appointed directors, the Director of the Public Revenue Office, Elena Petrova and the Director of the Customs Administration, Boban Nikolovski.
“This is a first meeting with the heads of PRO and Customs Administration, as key institutions in the Budget revenue collection process. We are establishing the operation footing and the manner of mutual cooperation, all to the end of efficient revenue collection and citizen’s money management”, Minister of Finance said.
The joint conclusions of the meeting being stated as crucial are strengthening the institutional capacities, making investments in human capital, as well as digitalizing the processes. Such way will give rise to efficiency of operations, quality service delivery to the citizens and to the business sector, while also attaining higher economic growth rates.
