24th September 2024, Skopje – State Secretary of the Ministry of Finance, Andriana Matlioska held a working meeting with the Head of the EU Delegation, Michalis Rokas and Laima Lucia Andrikene from the European Court of Auditors.
The discussions pertained to activities carried out in our country with EU support aimed at underpinning the democratic development, capacity building, as well as implementing a number of infrastructure projects.
“The EU is our strategic partner in the reform implementation process, in transposing the European regulations in the domestic ones, as well as implementing plenty of infrastructure projects for the sake of improved living conditions,” Matlioska pointed out.
She added that in addition to IPA Instrument, one portion of this support will be employed via the new Growth Plan.
According to her, what is crucial is strengthening the capacities, while also putting maximum efforts in the reform implementation process, as well as absorbing the approved funds to the highest level.
