26th August 2025, Skopje - State Secretary of the Ministry of Finance, Andriana Matlioska, met with Björn Gabriel, representative of the European Investment Bank (EIB). The discussion focused on deepening the cooperation with the EIB, particularly in ensuring access to favourable financial instruments to support domestic businesses and boost their competitiveness on the market.
During the meeting, importance of financing key infrastructure projects, being the backbone of future economic growth and improved quality of life of the citizens, was underscored.
Both the Ministry of Finance and the EIB reaffirmed their commitment to jointly implementing projects that will attract new investments, create jobs and foster sustainable economic growth
