28th November 2025, Skopje – As regards the aуction of the third development bond for citizens, citizens can submit bids in all commercial banks across the country, whereby Ministry of Finance published the Prospectus therefor.
Citizens intending to purchase bonds and participate at the auction can submit their bids in the bank branches throughout the country.
Deadline to submit the bids for purchasing bonds under this issuance closes on 10th December 2025.
Citizens may invest a minimum amount of Denar 10,000, which corresponds to the amount of a single bond. The Prospectus foresees a total amount of Denar 100 million. The development bond for citizens bears a 4.5% coupon interest rate per year, with 2-year maturity. Bond’s maturity date is 19th December 2027. Interest for the first and the second year falls due on 19th December 2026 and 19th December 2027 respectively.
