2nd December 2025, Skopje - Ministry of Finance has paid Denar 785 million to the Development Bank as support for domestic companies.
This constitutes the seventh tranche transferred from the Central Budget to the Development Bank, drawn from the funds earmarked for boosting the investment cycle in the private sector, totaling approximately EUR 300 million.
As a result of this tranche, the amount injected by the state into the domestic economy to support investments now exceeds EUR 200 million. In fact, a total of EUR 190.5 million has been made available through six disbursed tranches.
Funds projected in the 2025 Budget in the amount of EUR 250 million were provided under favorable terms and conditions by the Hungarian Export–Import Bank, which have been made available to the final beneficiaries, i.e. domestic companies, on the same basis. The annual interest rate stands at 1.95%, with a repayment period of up to 15 years and a 3-year grace period.
