26th November 2025, Skopje - The Ministry of Finance today published the Prospectus for the new auction of development bond for citizens. The Prospectus foresees a total amount of Denar 100 million, and the citizens may submit bids for purchasing the respective bond by 10th December 2025.
Nominal amount of a single bond is Denar 10,000, being the minimum amount to be invested. It bears a 4.5% coupon interest rate, with two-year maturity.
The auction will take place on 12th December, with the citizens applying to participate in the auction at the commercial banks across the country.
Bond’s maturity date is 19th December 2027. Interest for the first and the second year falls due on 19th December 2026 and 19th December 2027 respectively.
This is the third development bond for citizens issued by the Ministry of Finance. The two bonds issued previously, totaling EUR 41.1 million, have been fully repaid, including the interest for both years. During the first issue, amount of the purchased bonds was EUR 23.5 million, while totaling EUR 17.6 million during the second issue.
