17th June 2026, Skopje - On 16th June 2026, the Public Finance Academy held a training on the topic “Risk Management”.
The training foreseen under the 2026 Annual Training Program, was designed for public sector employees, including strategic and operational risk coordinators, heads of organizational units, and internal auditors. The training aimed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the methodological aspects of risk management and to equip them to effectively carry out all stages of the Risk Management Methodology in Public Entities.
The training was delivered by Besar Dehari, Assistant Head of the Central Harmonization of the Public Sector Internal Financial Control System Department and a recognized expert, by using an interactive approach that included presentations, group discussions and case studies.
The training helped deepen participants’ theoretical knowledge and practical skills, at the same time raising the awareness of the significance of the risk management process, and strengthening the public sector’s capacities to address risks in a timely and efficient manner.
