5th October 2026, Skopje – Today, Ministry of Finance hosted the presentation of the PFA Trainer Handbook, developed by the Public Finance Academy.
The handbook and its practical application were presented by Slavica Dimoska Davkovska, Adviser for Development of Work Program and Training Programs at the Public Finance Academy.
The Handbook has been developed as a practical resource for trainers within the Ministry of Finance, designed to support them in planning, designing and delivering training programmes, as well as in applying modern approaches and methods to communicate knowledge more efficiently and keep participants engaged and actively involved throughout the training process.
The presentation was attended by trainers from the Ministry of Finance, who play a key role in sharing expertise and professional experiences, as well as in the continuous professional development of public sector employees.
The presentation covered the Handbook’s key recommendations and practical guidance, focusing on training preparation, the structure and contents of presentations, the selection of appropriate training methods, and approaches for encouraging participants' active engagement.
By developing and promoting the PFA Trainer Handbook, the Public Finance Academy continues its efforts to improve the quality of training delivery and further strengthen the competencies of trainers within the Ministry of Finance, as an important prerequisite for building a professional and efficient public administration.
