Department of Legal Affairs

The Department of Legal Affairs aims to promote, maintain and develop professional, skillful, efficient, service-oriented, accountable, transparent, and ethical civil service in the Ministry of Finance, to perform activities related to the preparation of opinions on laws, collective agreements, by-laws, and other regulations, to the preparation of responses to complaints and to the preparation of lawsuits related to the acts that determine the rights and obligations of employees,  the free access to public information, as well as the planning and monitoring of the needs of public procurement in the Ministry of Finance.
