26th November 2024, Skopje – “Consistency and Coherence of Economic Policies for Improved Budget Planning” was the topic of the new training organized by the Public Finance Academy with the Ministry of Finance, all to the aim of enhancing public administration and improving public sector processes.
The training was intended for employees within the state administration bodies directly involved in the policy creation and coordination and in the budget planning process. By means of the training, the participants received practical guidelines and tools for more efficient public finance management, a key prerequisite for enhancing the quality of public services.
During the training, innovative approaches, as to the coordination and the planning of economic policies, methodologies for monitoring the results as a basis for effective decision making and budget funds allocation, as well as good practices and lessons learned from the European Semester and the Economic Reform Programs, were presented.
The training is part of the 2024 Annual Training Program, with the trainings being set up by the Public Finance Academy, and delivered by certified trainers.
