Skopje, 20th March 2016 (MIA) – Two citizens, out of whom one is from the Skopje Municipality Kisela Voda and the other one from Sveti Nikole are the first to take advantage of the benefits offered under the Young Individuals and Couples Housing Project, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, Zoran Stavreski announced yesterday in the report on all things done in the past 10 years.

He added that in order for the citizens to get informed about this Project, caravan has been organized throughout the country, visiting 17 municipalities so far.

Stavreski underlined that theBuy A House, Buy a FlatProject has also generated excellent results, whereby 600 citizens took advantage of the benefits therefrom and housing loans amounting to EUR 21 million were granted in the last two years.

During these three and a half years since the launching of the project, 820 citizens resolved their housing issue and housing loans in the amount of EUR 28 million were granted, Stavreski pointed out, adding that what was another benefit from this Project was the fact that the interest rates and the housing loanrelated costs were reduced.
