Skopje, 27th December 2013 (MIA) – Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, Zoran Stavreski expects growth of industrial production by the end of this year and even more intensive growth next year.
Answering journalist’s question about the expectations of industrial production, Stavreski assessed that the growth of industrial production will contribute to realizing the total GDP growth, projected at around 3 to 3.5%
– All measures and policies, also including the maintenance of low taxes and provision of cheap credits, as well as the exiting of European economy from recession, help for Macedonian industry to gradually intensify and get back to the positive zone. Throughout the year, the industry experienced upward trend, in particular in the second half, industrial production revived and the number of orders increased, Stavreski pointed out after the commissioning of the reconstructed border crossing Blace.
