15th April 2022, Skopje – Please be informed that Ministry of Finance, in cooperation with Public Revenue Office, Customs Administration, Public Procurement Bureau, State Appeal Commission, State Audit Office and Ministry of Economy, have prepared Public Financial Management Reform Programme 2022 – 2025 (with 2022 Action Plan).
Public Financial Management Reform Programme 2022 – 2025 is a strategic document for development of the public financial management system, pursuing the commenced reforms aimed at improved fiscal framework, strengthened process of public finance planning, execution and reporting, increased revenue collection, strengthened public procurement system and improved internal and external control by increasing transparency and accountability in operations, which are to ensure accelerated and sustainable economic growth, higher living standard and better quality of life for the citizens.
Considering the importance of the PFM Reform Programme 2022 -2025 and its quality preparation, Ministry of Finance will hold public consultations with all stakeholders.
Therefore, we would like to invite you to submit your comments and proposals on the draft PFM Programme (with 2022 Action Plan) by 29th April 2022 at the latest at the following e-mail addresses:
