Skopje, 4th March 2015 (MIA) – Today, the country paid Denar 310.8 million as subsidies for ear-tagged heads of cattle. Ministry of Finance transferred the funds to the accounts of 15,663 stock-breeders.
The support amounts to Denar 2,800 per ear-tagged head of bovine animal.
Government of the Republic of Macedonia continues to support the agriculture as one of the driving branches of Macedonian economy with a number of measures, also including the payment of subsidies, the press release of the Ministry of Finance stated.
