Skopje, 21st October 2014 (MIA) – Payment of the envisaged 4% increase of salaries of public sector employees will start in ten days. Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, Zoran Stavreski said that the funds for this purpose were provided from the Budget.
– Budget is in good condition. The revenue collection is becoming better and better as the year goes on. Funds have been also provided for the first next payment of salaries to public sector employees, this meaning that the police, the military, the cultural, health, educational and social workers and all others, as well as the state administration employees will receive salaries higher by 4%, Deputy Prime Minister Stavreski said when asked following today’s signing of Loan Agreement with the World Bank.
