27th February 2018, Skopje –The IMF has appointed Sebastian Sosa, IMF’s resident representative to Serbia, to also serve as the resident representative to Macedonia. Mr. Sosa will remain based in Belgrade and cover both countries. This appointment aims at ensuring continued dialogue and information flow between the Fund and the authorities in Skopje. It will also facilitate the IMF’s intensive technical assistance and surveillance work in Macedonia.
