International financial relations are established through cooperation with bilateral creditors and multilateral financial institutions. As regards cooperation with bilateral creditors, it is more intensive with development finance institutions from several countries. With respect to multilateral financial institutions, cooperation is established with World Bank Group, International Monetary Fund (IMF), European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), European Investment Bank (EIB) and Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB).
