Skoje, 29th November (MIA) – In the course of next year, Government plans to built 64 social flats for children without parents, Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Zoran Stavreski announced today at the ceremony of handing over the donation from PRO employees for “11 Oktomvri” Children’s Home at the occasion of “Saint Matthew” – Tax Collectors Day.
– I would like you to know that Government also takes care of all stages of your development in the life. We have allocated Denar 18,000 per child on monthly basis for all children without parents to decide to go to university. Government has also adopted decision to help children without parents, after having completed their education, to be awarded flats as well. Next year we plan to build 64 flats intended for children without parents, Stavreski told the children at “11 Oktomvri” Children’ Home.
Director of Public Revenue Office, Goran Trajkovski, pointed out that donation comprising two LCD TV sets, eight microwave ovens and eight mixers were procured with funds collected on voluntary bases by PRO employees, being awarded upon request by the competent persons in the Children’ Home, aimed at realizing the project on independence of children.
– All PRO employees, coordinated by our union organization, collected as much as the opportunities at this moment allow for so as to respond to the needs of the Children’s Home. I believe this will not be our last donation for the Children’s Home, and it will become a tradition on the Tax Collectors’ Day for us to donate for the needs of children without parents, Trajkovski said.
As a token of gratitude, children organized a celebration for the Vice Prime Minister and PRO Director, while employees presented them certificates of gratitude and a picture each prepared by the children.
