Skopje, 19th December 2012 (MIA) – World Bank Report, presents Macedonia as leader in the region, in several aspects, and regarding the business climate and conditions for doing business, where even non-standard words are used that Republic of Macedonia should be used as an example by other countries, Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, Zoran Stavreski said yesterday.
He pointed out that this is a compliment, of which we should all be proud, since as he said, this presents realization of comprehensive five-six-year program for reforms and improvement of business climate.
– Second part in which they also indicate that Republic of Macedonia is one of the two countries in Southeast Europe hat has moderate level of indebtedness and sound fiscal policies is also positive, being also, in certain manner, a response to the dilemmas in the country as regards the stances of the Government and the opposition as regards the sound fiscal policies and the level of indebtedness, Stavreski said.
I believe, Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Finance added, that now, this re-affirmation by the World Bank that Macedonia is moderately indebted country, conducting sound fiscal policies, will be accepted by the opposition as an opinion since it is final opinion of relevant international institutions.
