17th July 2024, Skopje – Today, representatives of the Ministry of Finance took part at the third session of the Working Group 6 – Anti-Corruption (Chapter 5, Chapter 18 and Chapter 32), on the topic – “Building Cohesive Digital Infrastructure for Developing Advanced Public Finances” organized by the National Convention on the European Union (NCEU-MK).
At the third session of the National Convention on European Union (NCEU-MK), dedicated to prevention and fight against corruption, a two-panel dialogue was held pertaining to issues of both digital infrastructure and digital literacy level in our country and the advantages higher digitalization levels and AI application bring to the public administration operations and public finance management.
At the event, representatives of relevant institutions, civic organizations, international experts and others discussed issues of digital transformation, as one of EU key priorities, and its role in public finance advancement and fight against corruption.
