Brief description of the project: The implementation of this project includes insulation of the thermal envelope of the building, replacement of the old facade carpentry, further correction of the heating station in order to replace the worn-out equipment, remote control and automation, partial correction of the distribution network inside the institution in full coordination with the heat energy supplier, introduction of energy-efficient lighting and introduction of a solar collector system.

Brief description of the project: The need for this project is imposed in order to improve the current situation and improve the working conditions in the facility. • Sub-project: Reconstruction of the Iljo Lopatichki Sports Hall at the “Goce Delchev Primary School” in the village of Mogila with energy efficiency measures

Brief description of the project: The need for this project is imposed in order to improve the current situation and improve the working conditions in the facility. The project to improve the energy efficiency of this sports hall will include the following activities: installation of a heat recovery system in the ventilation system; installation of a new central heating system with a pellet and biomass system (compressed straw pellets), along with accompanying equipment. This measure also entails the construction of technical rooms (boiler room with storage space) where the equipment will be placed. The new technical rooms are envisaged as an extension of the existing facility (sports hall), modernization of the lighting, i.e. replacement of the existing lighting with appropriate LED lamps and reflectors; installation of photovoltaic panels for own needs. The total net heating area that is the subject of this subproject is 620 m2.

The project to improve the energy efficiency of this kindergarten will include the following activities: additional insulation of the external wall with EPS/styrofoam thermal insulation; installation of thermal insulation on the roof, in the form of rock wool pillows; installation of a new heating system with heat pumps connected to the existing network with heating elements. The existing heating system of the facility with the EL-1 energy source will also be retained and it will serve as a backup option; measures to modernize the lighting, i.e. replacing the existing light fittings with overhead fluorescent tubes with light fittings with LED tubes of appropriate strength. Installation of photovoltaic panels for own needs with a capacity of 47,254 kWh/year.

Brief description of the project: The need for this project is imposed in order to improve the current situation and improve the working conditions in the facility. The project to improve the energy efficiency of this administrative building will include the following activities: installation of thermal insulation on wall HS2 (border wall to a neighboring building); installation of thermal insulation on a bay window under PP2; replacement of the existing wood boiler with a pellet boiler; repair of parquet flooring in offices on the ground floor and first floor; finishing of walls with plasterboard cladding; construction of partition walls made of plasterboard; modernization of lighting; installation of a photovoltaic system of 24 panels with an installed capacity of 10 kWp for own needs.
